Hi there;
I ordered the booklet and 2 cards with holograms at 31th of March. I recieved the cargo at 4th of the april. I mean 4 days delivery including preperation is quite impressive taking into account that i am located in the middle of nowhere.
There are some minor issues though, the hologram sticker on the cards are a little bit smaller than the size of the card. So creates some questions in mind when you take the card in your hand.
About booklet: the photo is printed in below average qaulity but the quality of the booklet is better than the pictures.
Over all i give 10 to speed and 7 to quality.

I am a Malaysian, i applied this from Washington. The service is very good. Fast and effective. The card is great but the book is a bit disappointed with only 8 languages provided. Overall, very Good !
